We really like the You Are Art business model of commissioning a funky modern art portrait of yourself or a family member from a supplied photo and one of many style options. Look at how cool their treatment is for portrait pillows, too -- and their Winter Sale for portraits is going on now until March 31st.

Great Wallcovering Solutions

Go to the Graham & Brown website for great wallcover resources -- and more! We fell in love with their Suzanne black-and-white flocked wall covering from Marcel Wanders (top photo) and their Wall Doctor Paintables (bottom photo shows the Bark Effect wallcovering). The Wall Doctor solution is brilliant. Use it to cover problem walls (cracks, paneling, cinder block), then paint your own cover over the paper. Neat, huh?

And here's one more that knocked us out. How would Taylor & Wood's Frames wallcovering be for any child or teen's room (see photo below)? You can put photos in the frames, paste pictures, or paint or draw directly in the frames; totally interactive!
